This looks like one of those monogram necklaces; however, the monogram doesn't appear to make sense for her. It looks like the letters are HCA and monogram jewelry typically has the surname initial in the middle, so the initials mean H(first name) C(last name) A(middle name)

I'm wondering if Lana just thought it was pretty without knowing it was a monogram and bought it anyway lol x
