Nectar Of The Puss Posted January 14 Posted January 14 My Unpopular Taylor Opinions 1989 is not that good, still a good album and is a solid 9/10 but definitely not her best and some songs are forgettable TTPD is better than folklore and evermore and is her best album I think people are too attached to the era of folkmore to see that like 1989 it’s just not THAT good rep tv isn’t gonna be good rep tour started really high but as the show goes on gets progressively more boring (from watching the movie obviously it wouldn’t be boring in person) debut is top 5 fearless is shit can barely say there are good song songs that album not an unpopular opinion really but the eras tour ruined a lot of midnights and TTPD eras, understandably tho 1 Quote

I’m trying with everything in me to be excited for rep tv but the fact that is so heavily production based and the fact that Jack was STRUGGLING on 1989 even though he literally produced it. That snippet we got from the show was also shit, but the delicate the summer I turned pretty snippet was alright. All in all the Taylor’s versions are never gonna come close to the originals (besides fearless since it’s so shit and the bar is so low anything is better) 1 Quote

Sunbather Moonchaser Posted January 21 Posted January 21 I started to think that, what if Taylor did a short film of TTPD (Like Lana did of Paradise, using the songs from it) and here's what I came up with. FEMALE RAGE : THE SHORT FILM 1: So High School (During this song, the main character has just fallen in love with someone and it shows their romance) 2: I can fix him (No really I can) (When this song starts playing, the family and friends of the main character start noticing, that the mc's love interest might not be good for her but she shuts them down, thinking, they're just jealous of their love. The last line, "woah, maybe I can't" would be cut out from the film.) 3: Some sort of mashup of I look in people's windows and Fortnight. In the scene, the mc would caught her love interest cheating on her, and then she gets really mad, and says "My husband is cheating, I wanna kill him". After this there could be the first verse of The Black dog. 4: Who's afraid of little old me? (While this song plays, the mc goes insane and wants to destroy her ex-lovers life. 5: This could end in a few different ways -Killing her ex while TSMWEL is playing -People blaming her for their relationship going down, blaming her as the bad guy while a mashup of How did it end (second chorus) and Cassandra -Her leaving everything she's known, leaving to Florida, while Florida!!! is playing 1 Quote
