i am excited to share AVANTgarden with you, an original digizine to be built and distributed using Instagram’s slides feature.

AVANTgarden is a way for me to express myself without any rules or guidelines, with imagination and care.

the first issue is all about highlighting the pride and beauty in embracing self care and wearing braids within the black community and embracing your ancient heritage from wherever you are from. it's something that i am still learning about and growing with even as a grown woman and a lot of my friends feel the same way.

being fair, she does actually talk to her fans. she does even talk about her music, i just don’t think she wants to do it anymore
