ilovetati Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 The lyrics are weak af. I'm far more excited about the live session in 2 weeks than I was the whole time listening to the song I actually think that they're some of her best lyrics. 1 Quote

Thunder Revenant Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I hope the vevoversion won't be pitched ... The studioversion reminds me a bit of the Y&B demo 0 Quote Just do it. Just do it - don't wait!
GangstaBoy Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 So far this era's lyrics are the weakest... 2 Quote
Kommando Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I wasn't ready for those Lana feels Weakest song from UV up to now though, it's too Btd-like and it lacks of something, I dunno what. I like the chorus, and the guitar effects 0 Quote

Macintosh Manhattan Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 It’s so beautiful. The bridge literally made me cry. I love the spoken part. It’s like she was talking down the phone she was so quiet it was like she didn’t want to wake anyone. Oh and the strings and guitar work is beyond magical.Lana has really outdone herself this time. The album is going to slay commercially critically and most importantly me... 4 Quote
Slumdog Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I'm sorry if this offends anyone but after West Coast, Ultraviolence and Shades of Cool are a little... underwhelming (but maybe they'll grow on me). 3 Quote
Trash Magic Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Shades of Cool > West Coast > Ultraviolence 3 Quote "It's 2011, and we should all be aware of exactly how fast technology is developing" - Lana Del Rey

CatchTheBreeze Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I like the song, maybe my favourite from the new ones. But the sound is a bit weak (maybe due to the radio rip). 0 Quote
Rebel Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 The lyrics are weak af. I'm far more excited about the live session in 2 weeks than I was the whole time listening to the song I think the "He used to call me DN" and the poison part AKA the first two lines of the verses are super fucking weak lol, who the fuck calls a girl DN it's not even sexy 8 Quote
Divisive Princess Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I literally cannot take the people hating on this song rn. It's fine if you don't like the song but let the people that do have their moment. I love the production and the lyrics and the spoken part and just holy shit. One the best parts is the sirens and violins part 0 Quote
