Fans have been asking him since 2012, it's definitely not 'lost' I just think he doesn't want to post it.  A few months ago though he posted that infamous screencap to his story with an emoji which was kind of a tease

1. Лана выросла в Лейк-Плэсиде, а это сельская местность. Удалено при окончательном редактировании, потому что тогда это было слишком личным для нее?

Затем - также эта новость об Аароне Грине, который, как говорили, скончался в результате автомобильной аварии.

Bellevue is a psychiatric hospital for the mentally unwell and lana went there in 2003… coincidentally courtney love also went there in 2004. I think courtney said in an ig post in 2021 that they met each other for the first time in the hospital. 

she also has a song called bellevue recorded in 2009 which also talks abt her time there. 
not long ago, i saw an Instagram video that talks about how lana’s 2024 stage design might’ve been inspired from the gates of Bellevue hospital. Focus on the circular fences on two images below:

That's fan made for sure? The music video rumor came from a tweet from ~2010 "With Crispin Hunt doing ooh baby. Just came back from brighton saw Biff and Tim. Good Week. New music video in mink coat nothing underneath" and many people linked it to the unreleased-but-registered "Paradise" music video.

 

The whole Cola music video rumor was linked to the  "L'officiel" photoshoot that featured a small video with the Cola instrumental + a monologue
