May Jailer song sampled in a rap song

I'm just wondering how he happened across a May Jailer song... 

I imagine that either he or someone he knows stans Lana, or, probably more likely, he had the body of the song done, and wanted to sample a song, so started searching for "going out with a bang" and found it-- hence the reason the transitions and flow feel so choppy

Well it's also on the From the End EP, which is registered on the US copyright catalog. Lana probably doesn't give a fuck about some unknown rapper sampling her 12 year old song though
