If Florence and Jack are one of the co-writers/producers of this album then the sound is probably closest to Dance Fever album which Jack also produced

Taylor album lead-ups are soooooo boring. If we were less than a month out from a Lana drop, we’d have some girl trying to record her cassette player, some Polish lady with the sock, a bunch of indie retailers accidentally getting albums early, and a bunch of rumors of a double album.

as much as i’ve critiqued jack’s work in the past, i’ve never seen why people critique him as a person. but damn now i see why people say he’s annoying because this is so arrogant, the fame has really got to his head.

Despite myself, I sort of understand his annoyance here. This was an interview about his new album, and if he had answered this question about Taylor, the article’s headline would’ve been about that and not his own work.

every artist associated with taylor gets asked about her at this point, and there’s ways to handle it with class. unlike those artists, jack isn’t even know for being a singer he’s literally known for being a producer & him and taylor are good friends. i thought the question was relevant enough to his career and he could’ve been more polite ?‍♀️ 

like lana gets asked about billie and taylor when she’s being interviewed about her albums and she’s 10x more famous than jack but still acts humble.
