Hi, I got my copy from a trustworthy french seller at eBay.. He told me, that he found the copies at another record store in France. Maybe a not released official CD from Universal France. Or a very well made bootleg. The NA is a french promo CD.

My 12" Vinyl edition arrived today. It was shipped 09/11/12 The Deluxe Box Set was shipped 07/11/12 and is still missing... Destination: Germany
