    Apparently she said that the only song that had MAJOR changes sonically was DGMGF and i'm so glad. I just heard it and it's horrible, to me at least. Thankfully it's only 1:21 long. Kinda hopeful for the rest of the album. Spring is taking too long to get here.

    i remember this and was shocked she even had a merch site to begin with, i only ordered the cd from amoeba like a dumb binch. so i didn't order from the site :( though i NEVER saw anyone post about theirs arriving.

    didn't she say for us to stop being so "take your time with the album" recently cuz it was bothering her? I'm not saying drag her for filth either but like honey.... it's been a minute. we'd love some kind of update. I saw that September comment too, but she did say "for sure this year" "this year is my year" a few times so i'm not fully convinced until i see it. Given the fact that she does have label issues and what not that we don't / didn't know about. So if for whatever reason is there a delay it would be cute for us to know?

    I also love that she's stalking this thread, she's just like us.

    and the leaks, i understand her frustration but i took her as a "hey i know __ is going around that wasn't for me but glad you guys like it" type of person given how upfront and chill she seems but i guess i was wrong lol. Good to know she's at least willing to tell us what is and isn't for her and us not having to guess in the dark.

    The album is for sure called hot city. It’s not a hint. On her live yesterday she said she’s making vinyl for the “hot city album” & very limited “bombastic ep” vinyl.

    at this point i just think she's difficult to work with and is ungrateful? She always seemed so sweet in person and through these last few years shes shown alot of what shes actually like & it just doesn't seem like someone that's pleasant to work with.

    I do like slay, though the minor changes really made a huge difference in the song to where i paid for the song and saved it but i don't think ill be streaming it. I very much prefer the old version. I'm weary about the rest of the project now. I've learned to grow out of my ass kissing stan perspective and agree with everyone else. It's great the stans are loving it but i don't see it doing well with the gp in this form. thankfully she's comfortable enough to accept that and just have fun with her music finally. That's all i ever really wanted for her.

    yeah she was saying that she didn't believe in the vaccine and then later on was like thank god theyre opening up for unvaxxed people to enter the US soon cuz she's been waiting to come back

    yeah she got progressively messier over time. I do believe she is extremely talented & has such a beautiful voice but given her history i'm very over her now.

    I’m grateful for any ryn honeslty. It’s rare when her stuff leaks. They’re hit & miss but the hits are just incredible. Still waiting for the day devil’s advocate leaks.

    Does anyone else remember if CL was supposed to release or did record happy days? I can’t remember if I read that or imagined it.

    I recently listened to shut up by CL and realized the ending instrumental could definitely fade into happy days
