  1. Lust for Life as plagiarism? Take a quick look at the Wikipedia page of some works also titled Lust for Life.

a novel about Vincent Van Gogh, a 1950s movie based on that book, a poem from the 60s by Jim Morrison that ended up being titled "Ghost Song" by a band member, the Iggy Pop album, and then Lana.

The phrase has been around since the 1930s at least. But i don't see how you equate using a phrase with plagiarism. That's like saying Born to Die is plagiarism....it's a common English phrase. That is such a reach. A false and disrespectful one at that.

You don't like that she sometimes uses common English phrases....idk what to tell you about that because...that doesn't really make sense actually. Lmao.

You speak nothing but the truth.

Artists have the same titles sometimes. It happens.

  2. Hi, this is my first post ever, i never say anything because i'm scared to get roasted tbh lol.

Anyways, just wanted to say that i've watched the album trailer for a 1000th time, and i've noticed the only words Lana actually says are "in these dark times".

We know she loves giving us hints so could it be possible that there's a track on the album called "Dark Times" or something like that?

I don't know if someone broguht this up already, but if someone did i apologize :$

    Don't be shy. Welcome!  :kiss2:

I'm not so sure that It'll be a title, but I do think she kind of emphasizes it so that we'll say attention to it. I think more of along the lines that she'll sing about ways to overcome the dark times.

  3. She's My Collar with Kali is so fucking good. I've been listening for the past 24 hours

It's easily one of my favorite tracks. I'm so happy that Kali is on the album.

I also like We Got The Power, Strobelite, and Adromeda.

Edit: Busted and blue is good too.  :flutter:
