    And now the nomination for Alone Yet Not Alone has been rescinded because of voter fraud, but they're not replacing it with a fifth.

    On Tuesday night, the Academy’s Board of Governors voted to take back the Original Song nomination for “Alone Yet Not Alone,” from the film of the same name. With music by Bruce Broughton and lyric by Dennis Spiegel, the decision was "prompted by the discovery that Broughton, a former Governor and current Music Branch executive committee member, had emailed members of the branch to make them aware of his submission during the nominations voting period.

     

    What the actual fuk ? So comittee-member propagated his own song and he even gets nomination? Im so angry right now, they should judge songs´ eligibility before they nominate them. Like this is a joke to whole awards.  :icant2:

    I do, at least... Summer is really exotic and paradisiacal for me, and everything goes so slowly & thus gives me time to reflect on myself. During fall/winter there's all this stress with school and exams and life. 

     

    Sun and ocean blue, their magnificence, it don't make sense to you...

    Alright, I get it its subjective. ;)  For me summer is the time of fun, not doing anything and just chilling out with friends... I know there is school stress in winter but when the sun goes down almost at 4 pm and the weather is cold, snowy, I much rather stay at home and devote myself to dreaming and thinking.

    I don't know why people would want her to release her album during the fall/winter. If it's a spiritual album, I would prefer to listen to it during spring/summer. But in the end it doesn't matter to me; the sooner the better :raven:

    u want to listen to a dark album (almost unlistenable) during spring/summer ? ok then

    Oh my God please NO! I don't mean it's boring like it's too slow or not radio-friendly enough or anything. I just think they could have done more with the orchestral bits and maybe added a suspense factor or something. I guess it's supposed to be dreamy, and that it is, but I was hoping for something even darker like Body Electric live. 

    its for a fairy tale with dark twist omg  :facepalm:  Its supposed to be like this, what would u want more from the original ?
