    Re the strawberries, I really think it must be strawberry fields forever - guys the camera is literally going through a field and finds strawberries like why on earth would that happen otherwise - what other connection to field/strawberries + the chimera could there be??

    I think so too. Esp. leaning possibly more towards hip hop, rather than the state of general Pop music these days, js

    She does strike me as an anxious introvert. Tbh none of the "bitchy" stuff is anything that would be out of character for me personally, so I have to give her a pass, even if she might look a lil shady once in a while  :teehee:

    i hate the poster/single art for love. i think that the photoshopping is cringeworthy. if the picture of her with the microphone was in the middle rather than the massive picture of her with her eyes closed i think it would be better

    anyone who says this is lyrically repetitive should go back to check Honeymoon (title track), High By The Beach, God Knows I Tried, etc. out

     

    she only mentions "to be young and in love" twice in the chorus...

    which is a 33.33% decline in repetition of the same phrase, comparing to some of her recent songs, which have at least 3 same phrase over and over again in the chorus.

    It is repetitive.

    The positivity around her is refreshing. She/her team made the right moves taken in account the circumstances. This is the spirit that I missed about her releases. Charts are secondary to the music and I have to admit that I hastily underappreciated Love which is a moving anthem. The lyrics are good and are relating strangely to what's happening in the world today. I wouldn't call it a VG level song but it's close. I'm tired of flip-flopping on Lana but she's one of the few pop artists that can bring a tear in my eyes

    Fck everyone involved in it, if it meant nothing to Lana I wouldn't care but in what world are some people self-entitled enough to think their own little gratification is worth more than all the work the woman they love produced. If Lana is not ok and you spread / asked for snippets I hold you personally responsible for that. Yeah I said it

    production of born to die was basically perfection. i cant even with that. :uh:

     

     

    her popularity is still relatively high; i agree her lyrics ruin it a bit and may make new listeners think shes a bit basic in that regard.

     

    we all know she can write beautifully but has gotten lazy in recent albums. i certainly do not agree Honeymoon's production was 'better', but on par with BTD. but BTD's production in all areas was beautiful.

    All that we're trying to say is that Lana really should take SOME level of responsibility for all of this happening. She did show her entire house in a video so it is partly her fault... considering how obsessive her fanbase can be, surely she anticipated something like this would happen.

    As absolutely horrible, disgusting and invasive that this is, she shouldn't show the exterior of her home, and extreme long shots of her house and the road and beach. She basically told everyone exactly where she lived?

    this is totally irrelevant. they broke the law. she didnt.
