I dont say its necessarily bad things. Its her right to do what she wants. But I just care about reasons of this change? The first half of 2012 she seemed to car about her image much, she always looked stunning (even in streets with a cigarette), she joined H&M etc; and now it just looks she doesnt care anymore.

I don't care tbh because it's not my business. As long as she keeps bringing the goods and she's happy, who cares really? She cares about her image, just like anyone but she's herself and doesn't try too hard and I really appreciate that.

Dont tell me what my thread is about. You can get (.....) out of here if you dont like discussions about image.

You can't go around telling people to get out of threads because you know, this isn't your forum and that's really rude. You posted a thread and asked for discussion on this subject and you don't like that people have disagreed with you.

As long as Lana is happy in what she wears, we should be happy. She doesn't need to go around constantly trying to impress people. I know she's a "celebrity" but it's her choice when she's at an event to wear whatever she feels comfortable in.

I used to listen to Britney's music all the time as a teenager, not a fan of her music now but I have always loved her. Seems like a lovely person who I would wanna hang with. Also I thought she looked hot with a buzzed head.

Lana is lost in her poetry and old movies. Lanas fantasy lirics are nothing compared to what Rihanna lived in real life.

Lana hasn't had an easy life either but I think Rihanna is all talk. Not that I think anything would ever go down between these two. I don't think that would work in Lana's favour at all. 

Why they would do that? If ever was a feud would be better with Rihanna.

I have wondered before what would happen in an argument between these two. I personally think Lana would easily shut her down, if it came to it.

Tell me about the Brits? Is this like a UK version of the people's choice awards? Or the Canadian Junos? I guess this is primarily for British and former British Empire artists? Is that why Lana won the International award? She couldn't win the other awards which are awarded for British artists?

 

I have to hand it to the British for awarding this to Lana.

It's for British artists (Scottish, Welsh & English & sometimes Northern Irish if they consider themselves British) and one or two for International artists. I don't think it's voted by the public - I'm not sure on that but either way, UK/Britain loves Lana.

I think it's a big deal that Lana won one this one because she was nominated against Rihanna, who also has a huge fan base here.

The US media is worse than UK media sometimes. It surprises me how the UK (& Europe) have embraced her - given her "another chance"-  if you will, after SNL but the US critics and media aren't. It's odd to me since I didn't think that was the kind of attitude there. It's usually the UK media that tears people down like that.

She said she wrote her record here. Interesting. Cute little "See ya!" at the end also. Turning over now. Wand Erection is going to give me aural herpes.

Her shoes and earrings look good but she looks more casual than I'd expect. A nice dress, though. Just not apt for the occasion..

-I actually used to really hate her nails, but now I can't get enough of it, love her claws.

 

-The first time I listened to Blue Jeans, when she says "we don't need no money, we could make it all work, but he.." i thought she actually said "we could make it all work buddy" and i was like "lol sure buddy" it was quite an embarrassing moment.

Lana's voice, dialect & accent turns me the hell on.

The chorus is the best part of the song, imo. I think it's so true.

Same. I have always loved the American flag and I love wearing the print.

I think lots of Lana's iconic fashion moments come from her performances in white dresses like someone has said; she looks absolutely beautiful and angelic in them and showcases her body so well. Like, her body in the video for Burning Desire..unf so sexy and a great choice for her.

She was always beautiful imo but anyone can dress sexy, grind in music videos and be conventionally attractive but I like how she doesn't try hard to be sexy; she just is. Her personality and attitude adds to her sexiness.

I love this show but it's not shown in the UK nearly enough, imo

Hummm, so it starts at 8pm and finishes at 10.15pm and there's twelve categories in all so maybe at about 9pm GMT time. Depends on how long their video segments for each category are. They like to drag 'em out..

She looked last year, so she will again. She has a big UK fanbase so I'm sure she'll win, even if it's not a public vote.
