I feel like HIFN will end up being her best album to date because she isn’t trying too hard to make a statement where it seems like the opposite for when she was making Charli (to be fair Pop 2 was a hard act to follow and the pressure for her to release an official third album was fucking insane) It makes me also worry that she’ll just forget about the Janet album because she may not be into the songs as much after all this is over if HIFN ends up being a hit

I’m really excited for I Want Anthems it reminds me of Charli’s older hits. All of her best songs have a shouty chorus (I Love It, Fancy, Jam city collab) and it’s so great to see another song with that vibe.

If you listen in the set right after she ends the unlock it remix, you can hear her singing the lyrics that come before the green money line slowed down and it flows with the rest of the song so I think they’re part of the same song Edit: also if this is the case, the song might have been produced by Dylan Brady because she posted the clip to her Instagram story around the time she was in the studio with him for Charli. umru could’ve added additional production after the fact.

She really basically played the full version in HQ we do not deserve her
