since the concept isn’t as obvious as i thought it was for some people: crybaby is an empath, an immortal character. at the end of the k-12 she gets offered the chance to leave and live another life with the rest of her friends through a portal with the help of her guardian angel or stay as crybaby. she decided to die as crybaby and now the videos on her instagram are illustrating the rebirth and metamorphosis into another body (sorta, prob just mel with a different wig and some prosthetics).

it’s a bittersweet feeling because i’m excited for 13 new songs of course but the new snippets blend so well with some of my favorites from the leaks and it makes me sad that they’ll never get a proper release im holding out for a After School type of project

i hope the animation means the new character has 4 eyes i also have a feeling she might reuse the melatonin concept from early crybaby days because of how it was mentioned in the walkie talkie demo
