I agree, Shades of Cool is one of the better ones. I'm a fan of MTWBT too. Ultraviolence had so much potential.  Just hope she takes her time with the next era. I'd rather wait longer and have great music, BTD-level videos, and good promotion, rather than another era like UV or HM. Of course, her music has never failed to be great, even though I'm hoping for more energy this next album, but her videos and promo have gone really downhill with UV and HM compared to BTD.

Yeah I agree her music has never failed which is the most important part so as long as her next album delivers ill be happy regardless, its just that her videos are so iconic she needs to get back to that level. I agree about the promo too, she hardly does anything now which is a shame because it always great to see her perform live. I do hope the videos come back in full force though as I doubt she will ever go back to the promo she used to during the BTD era.

I'd like it if she even just did a live performance in a small studio with no audience, just for her youtube so we could get to hear her sing some of the songs live.

Thank you. I miss them too. I hope she will start making more like them for the next era. Then again, I was hoping for that for Ultraviolence and Honeymoon too. 

Yeah so sad those era's had no so great videos. Shades of Cool is actually gorgeous too though, so at least there's that one. I can't believe she said she didn't bother releasing Honeymoon's homemade video because it went nowhere but released that tragedy which is Ultraviolence.

God, I miss her BTD vocal energy so much. I didn't realize it until you just mentioned it. Off to the Races is still insane to me to this day. I love how she sounds so desperate in the choruses, almost manic. I miss the emotion and urgency in her voice when she'd sing "Love you more than those bitches before, say you'll remember. Say you'll remember, baby." in Blue Jeans. I miss hearing her mischievous and taunting tone like in National Anthem or Lolita. Ultraviolence and Honeymoon are very good, but damn if they aren't draining for the listener. Granted, there might be a few select songs where she's not so solemn, but her vocals overall on the last two albums have sounded so worn out, like it takes all the energy out of her to sing them.

I adore Moonlight, I think its going to be one of my favourite songs in general.

She probably went ginger first as its safer than going to straight to blonde so really her hair is probably quite healthy.

She looks lovely blonde, I never really liked her blonde on the photos before she was famous but I'm digging it tbh.

I imagine it would come out around spring/summer, Lana seems to release around that time usually.

Definatley her first 3 songs. Video Games will always be her iconic song I believe, and of course Born To Die as that set the whole era.

I can imagine a huge budget video for Salvatore as well. Shame her label didn't use it as a single, its such a great song and one of the most listenable songs for casual fans.

I like it but each to their own. Still my point still stands, there's no need to put down another artist just to compliment another, even if it is Lana. We all know Lana is great already. 

I'm going to Italy in 2 weeks and Salvatore is making me excited. 

Is Lana up to something music wise maybe, since when does she go to all these events. Surely the promo is for no reason other than she felt like going..

I listened accidentally to Adele's live performance of When We Were Young at the Brits. I respect Adele, she seems nice and she has a strong voice but I cannot believe how generic her music is in relation to the amount of hype she generated. I imagined Lana sitting there in the audience. What was she thinking? A classy beauty queen with a voice like no other in the business, who has beautiful songs, sits and listen to Adele screaming annoyingly eurovision type of songs. Maybe she was satisfied that she trolled again the fashion press...what a waste, damn that pathological stage fright of hers   

I disagree with these comments about Adele, I'm not really a fan myself but there are some gorgeous songs on 25. All I Ask, is an incredible song! Her music is commerical yes, but it's definitely not Eurovision types of songs. Just because Adele belts too doesn't make it screaming, she's a great live singer. I much prefer Lana, but you don't need to put another singer down to compliment another.
