I think I understand why @@BloomForYou still hasn't shared R&R. Even though people said Charli allegedly killed the song, on the other hand, SOPHIE has yet to announce future releases (talks of a collaboration album but who knows​). Imagine if, deep that pink and bubbly champagne ocean there is a chance of a proper release? Leaking it would kill the surprise plans. Right? But it is also pure speculation and probably will lead to nothing, so this teasing will come and go till the day we get mad at the song and it leaks without further anunciation

Good part: at this point, Taxi and R+R are the only remaining relevant old songs (that had been teased around), a really small number, even better considering It has leak potential (hello xcxmas) Bad part: no sight of these 2 seeing the light of day Hey Boy Hey Girl doesn't count since we don't have any solid proof of it being held by anyone other than Will.i.am

i listened to it again and the tumor is the chorus drop, omg that sounds unfinished as hell, sooo cheap the bubble pops from the verses are cute tho the pre-chorus beat is really cheap as well, that comes really rough. sorry to drop it like that, but at some parts sounds like a failed attempt to get that Black Widow feeling while going through the Lean On/Major Lajor-esque path. That doesn't come together as a whole, just doesnt.... You guys are totally allowed to love it even though i have a different opinion, lmao.

I wonder if these XCX WORLD tracks are even finished. Some of them sounded polished enough like GNO, Waterfall, CTMP, but most of them sound like sketches, like Queen Lizzy and Down Like Whoa. They could use some retouches and aditional production, cus they sound really basic (in production terms specifically). Also, I wonder if there are SOPHIE drafts from them, cus I bet Stargate was kinda brought by the label so it could sound poppier and more mainstream... If this was the final product, it wasn't 100%. But probaly it wasn't, maybe they stopped at some point because of all the drama by the label pushing it back and making it hard to move forward.
