thats why I love "risky" out of the box pop songs like when i rule the world, sounds so fresh and good imo btw there was a time nobody thought edm was going to be that trendy enough (and i mean like 3-4 years ago) and now we just have to turn up the radio to see that lol. pc music in general is very experimental but Charli brought it for her fans and it grew up a little but we hope for the best

she gave it that round shape/polished needed for mainstream, we can't deny that, but somehow it's being ignored. she is the main face of a whole musical gender for gp but she is not credited for that. if Gaga releases those SOPHIE produced tracks with bubble and metal sounds, everyone will say she's releasing a brand new movement, but choli did it first and Liz did it even before

actually had a whole convo about this with someone yesterday. he compared it to punk rock; how it's "defiant" in a way, but in time it became normal. i think in the future, pc music will be the norm of pop, and then there will be something else that's "defiant"

It would be like the second coming of the early 2010's electropop, but cooler

thats what pc music deserves but the gp is not ready for iconicism and next level pop music

nothing, some of them were just demos! (tko, taxi) and the others were saved for the album (gno, no angel, bounce) but then the album leaked and all her plans got destroyed lol

Yeah, but that is so weird because there was always this strange feeling upon them, like it was harder than usual but never actually clear so we could understand. Sometimes I think Vroom Vroom would be an actual album but Atlantic was too scared with the pc music oriented sound and wanted to test it first before handing her that control. The success never actually came so they made it even harder, that would explain ATAP with the poppier Boom Clappier sound. That's really sad. 

No Angel is from Invisible Men since day 1, Sophie just made it better after, but the released version is Invisible Men 100% (i think) btw yeah thank god she's being able to release those songs anyways

SOPHIE is credited as additional production, which is very comprehensible after listening to the instrumental alone, there are her elements on it

We really should be grateful that Choli is releasing No Angel and GNO at least, she probably gave much more than 10k for them and that's a lot of money for someone who's low budget for shitty-label reasons. Receiving any other SOPHIE-produced track would be a miracle, so to speak. Let's settle down and forget those unreleased tracks, folks. Time to move forward.

I don't know if it's just me, but at her London show she kinda... suggested that they're planning to release some project together? I remember that at some point during the show she kinda created a vibe like she's gonna announce something about her, Sophie and A.G. and suddenly she was like some typical Charli stuff like "ayooo angelzzz we're mothERFUCKING fUTuReeEeEE!!" or something (as if she stopped herself from revealing something too early). Maybe it was only in my head tho, I was a bit drunk, but I've been thinking about it everyday since then.

omg, that would make so much sense. i'm stuck with that idea as well, really feeling something odd about all this....

Someone here a few days ago was saying something like they thought A.G. produced most of the track and SOPHIE did the drop... idk how true that is of course, but I can kinda see it.

 

Charli also posted an image of her, A.G., and SOPHIE a while back too and said something along the lines of like "the future" or "pop trifecta" or something, which (who knows?) COULD have some implications behind it too. Maybe there is still hope for RNR, it just isn't the right time...
