I bought the CD with signed artwork. They've sent the CD without the artwork, which they're apparently having "difficulties obtaining". So lame. And it seems to happen every time. When Ultraviolence came out, I ordered the CD boxset and then they delayed the release for like two months. If Lana's sales and marketing division were as good as her music ...

Sorry to hear that, that's rubbish! Did you go to Brixton? I wondered if that makes a difference – maybe they're only letting people use one presale code, regardless of how many shows she does. Against that theory, I bought the box set to qualify for the first code, and then I bought the CD/signed artwork bundle a couple of days ago, so you'd think two purchases would qualify for two codes. If it's not something like that, though, I'm stumped. Would you please be able to post your reply from customer services if they get back to you? I thought about contacting them, but thought they'd just say that they only deal with the merch, not the codes. If all else fails, I guess we'll just have to enter the lottery on Monday!!!

Hmmm, may just have answered my own question - it looks like you can sit where you like. Google translate bamboozled me by rendering "placement libre" as "free investment"! Guess that's what I deserve for not being brave and booking the whole thing in French. Anyway, that being the case, my next question is about queuing - anyone visited this venue before? Will queuing be like an all-day affair?

Has anyone else booked for this or does anyone know anything about the festival please? I've just booked a ticket to see Lana there on 17 July, but there was no info about seating at the venue, the Theatre Jean Deschamps, on the event website. It looks like the seats must be numbered, but if anyone know any different, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
