I think if the original XCX3 didn't leak she would scrap all the songs and record new songs that (common pop instead of pop+pc music) and then release the album. The new snippets are more common pop, so i hope they r meant for an album.

I think she'll release an album, those new songs snippets (White Mercedes, Shoes, 1999, Mona Lisa, etc) they sound like album songs to me... I don't think she'll only release mixtapes, eventually she will drop an album (hopefully )
