It’s not a bad song per se for me, but I just don’t click with it. Maybe at some point I will, but I never did. The bridge is by far the best part for me. But hey, to each its own and I’m happy people love it, it’s just not one of my faves.

The album was delayed because of vinyl production according to BoZ, so I don’t see her dropping an album without a preorder for vinyls. She is indeed very active these days on socials. I try not to make anything of her selfies, but last night’s photo with her producers kinda got me super hyped for an announcement that could be in the next couple of days. But then again, it’s probably just her testing our patience.

The picture in B&W, with the man and the woman in the cabin, is good imagery for the vibes of the album so far.

Everybody will surely throw stones at me, but what was that tracklist ?!? Fine China + the two that will probably end up on BB are superior to the last three. I Can Fly was released, like wtf Lana? Wild One is good, but it’s not my fave from her. And I never connected to Living Legend (yes the bridge with the wawawawawa part is great, but the rest, I don’t love it). I’m happy she decided to finish demos for the final tracklist (it’s new music after all). BoZ and I have very different tastes it seems. I kinda dig that whole « let’s revisit the past » vibe from this album. Yes, please, someone !!! I love those kitschy vibes with her vocals!!! This and UFB are the leaks I Crave the most!!!

Why would it end up on an album? It was officially released. It’s like saying we want Young and Beautiful On BB. (I don’t get the hate for I can Fly: it is so beautiful and fitting to the movie)

I don’t know. It makes sense, since she’s been on hiatus for four years. As for a second part to SP, I like SP but don’t love it. If she releases a part two to it, it will raise (at least for me) the inevitable question: why not release hell of an album instead of two iffy parts?

Why didn’t she release this MV with the single ?!? It’s so beautiful ? She is sexy AF, I love how she sings with the music and we can still hear her. Read a few pages back and it’s from 2019, right? never change, Lana, never change. this is when you are at your best

I’m kinda relieved since yesterday, after BoZ’s posts. Remember when he said the tracklist had changed again, that there was a song he really liked… it’s not a big reach to guess it was Fine China. Initially, I thought it was a new good song that she decided to scrap and that we’d be in another Yosemite situation I love Fine China, its some of her best writing, but if it means it left a spot for something new, I really don’t mind if it got tossed aside.

Yep it’s true according to BoZ. There is an outtake from UV we never heard, co-written with Barrie + five other unreleased songs. These unreleased either are leaks (Thunder, Cherry Blossom) or unfinished demos she decided to finish or scrapped songs from previous projects. He even said that Fine China was on the OG tracklist but got tossed aside.

It’s got to be announced soon, right?

Both apparently. Some were leaked and other are rumoured demos that she finished, if we got Boz’s posts straight. Agreed! It’s too suspicious that the song is called 24 when it was the 24th Bond movie…

It’s unclear. She got asked about 24 being a possible contender for the movie and said that « nobody approached her about that movie ». and yet, 24 happened when the 24th Bond film was made… anyways, that Bond was horrible and Americans rarely have a chance of ever doing the theme song to the Bond franchise.

It was about loving or not the new album. It was not a fight but a friendly « confrontation » maybe? BoZ isn’t a big fan of what he heard (but he doesn’t seem to Stan her anymore, Quite frankly) and Eclipse said he loves the singles and the snippet of Arcadia, saying it’s her best album yet (he doesn’t seem to have heard much more than us)

Out of the six outtakes, three are leaked if I got it right. Riverside is not impossible… but would she have scrapped Barrie’s part altogether? BoZ didn’t say Barrie was featured on the song… Édit: I just Saw that the Barrie one, we never heard it

If Wild on You is indeed on BB, imagine thinking it’s an inferior song to Fine China like BoZ said. that’s tragic. (I know I’m unfair to him since he finally spilled some tea)

BoZ has been spilling all day about BB so far we know that : - has more than 11 songs; - all three singles are there plus Arcadia; - there are 6 outtakes from previous projects on it. Thunder, Cherry Blossom and others, including one where Barrie is credited (could be Wild on you/ Colour Blue). These outtakes are mostly demos that she decided to finish. Fine China was considered at some point but got tossed aside. We also know that these songs aren’t Yes to Heaven, UFB. Maybe/probably Dealer. - there is a lot of piano (BoZ doesn’t love the album, but he stopped loving her ages ago. Eclipse got into a mini fight this morning with him saying it could be one of her best - though he doesn’t seem to have heard it all).

I juts want the damn tracklist at this point. Though I am happy BoZ spilled.

I’m not so sure anymore that I want recent leaks… knowing that she goes back to those songs for next projects… Imagine if we had never heard Thunder before this album… I’m starting to think that AS&C didn’t turn out as grand and beautiful as she had first envisioned it, therefore scrapping most of it and hoping we all forgot about it…

I get that création is never a linear process, but when she started teasing BB (the song), it seemed like she had a very clear vision of what she wanted the album to be

Maybe she re-recorded it? Plus I think we all need to understand that older songs probably will never be put on a recent album of only because she has changed a lot since then. Serial Killer, Queen of Disaster and Jealous Girl are all super pop gems… but she is 36 now. Not sure she wants to sing those live ever again.
