    Thats actually not true. She has to submit material to the label, but she doesnt have to release albums to stay in her contract. In fact releasing albums is what will fulfill her contract and get her out of it. If her label wants to keep her, it makes senses to only release albums when they think it will do well and make them money.

    i dont get why people think her releasing an album is never going to happen! The only reason she came with that whole albums not being important shit is because atlantic wouldn't let her release XCX 3 and she didnt want to have to keep saying its been delayed again and again and again. :facepalm:  :facepalm:  :facepalm:  :facepalm:

    plus the fact that she HAS to release albums if she wants to keep up with her contract...

    a couple of guys from my uni were listening to 5itm and i was like ???? and i approached them and i asked if they knew who was singing and one of them was like 'yeah it's a post malone remix' my eyes rolled so hard they asked me what's wrong and i said who it was and shared the mv

     

    this got me thinking it 5itm was sung by any other male artist i.e. post malone how huge the song could've been, i hate this industry so much

    i was not having it at all at first but i listened to her debut album a few days ago and it has some pretty good songs, if she decides to take a serious route in the future, she may be onto something

    other than that, i'm hyped bc i feel like the combo will give us a BANGER

    i just gathered different mixes (a few taken from this thread like sophie's lipgloss remix remake and the boys "stems" demo)/versions/demos (like white mercedes lq discord)/lives and got them all together
