i think diet mountain dew would've been way better if it sounded more like the third demo, a little bit more chill & vibey, it's my favorite version of that song i feel like a lot could be said for lust for life songs, i think if the entire album in general had a different sound & vibe it would've been a lot better, but especially the album version of lust for life compared to the very first demo version, or if bpbp didn't have the feature, no disrespect to stevie nicks at all, but i would've prefered it solo, i'm not a huge fan of lana's collabs

it's just a hollow shell of the aka version, in my opinion, and i don't think yayo is meant to be glamorous & luxurious, i think it best suits the seedy, vulnerable, & gloomy trailer park vibes, but that's just how i feel!

for k/drive by is actually one of my least favorites from sirens, i don't think it's bad or anything, i just feel like a lot of the other tracks are more interesting/intriguing to me, it's still a very great opening track, it's also very direct & confessional

i don't think flipside is depressive, it's very raw sonically & cathartic, but not "depressing", i feel like the original beautiful people demo is her only true "depressing" track. but that's just my opinion even if it did sound like a nirvana song, which i personally don't think it does, i see nothing wrong with that!

i don't really get it either, also, if the song doesn't in anyway mention ww2, why bring it up? i honestly have barely listened to that song but i would assume it's about finding joy when times are troubling/uncertain, going by the title of the song...

some people just suck & want to see her get in trouble for something she obviously didn't do, ever since qftc people have been pushing this narrative that she's completely clueless & insensitive just because she might've worded something badly or made one mistake

i hope this album brings back the vibes & thematics of the original lust for life, lfl demo, valley of the dolls, serene queen, on & on & on... with a little ultraviolence edge & blue banisters honesty & vulnerability

lizzy grant's music was too avant-garde & that's why she didn't get famous in 2008 she has a devoted niche now, though
