He was actually pretty nice to me! On the very first day of filming the show, I was standing right behind him in one of the takes for the scene, and between takes he’d turn around and talk to me and the two others with me. I just remember telling him “you’re so TALL and your voice is so DEEP!” and he laughed as he towered over me lmao (I’m very short and he’s probably one of the tallest people I’ve ever met) but he was kind. I always take it as surprise when the lead actors choose to talk to me, because we’re not supposed to talk to them unless they speak to us first, but Trace really wanted to talk! He was really interesting and also interested in what I had to say as well. I ended up doing a lot of episodes with him and he would remember me and talk with me then too. I do wonder if Lana is considering any well-known country artists as features for her record. A Trace collab would actually be quite interesting since their voices are sooo different. Inb4 they do a remix of Honky Tonk Badonkadonk xx Goodmorning sunshine

I swear my personal life has been slowly hinting at this.. in 2022, I filmed nearly every episode of a Country music TV show called Monarch where I worked alongside some popular country artists such as Trace Adkins, Martina McBride, and Little Big Town. Then a couple of months ago, someone I live with bought a speaker and has been blasting country music in the kitchen all day every day (despite my complaints) & then during my New Year's Eve party I hosted last month, one of my best friends who isn't generally interested in country music (he stans Ariana Grande, Mariah Carey, and Bruno Mars) revealed that he's become obsessed with Rascal Flatts and kept putting their songs on the party playlist lol. & then of course back in September, I visited Alabama for the first time to see Lana, which in my opinion is the most yeehaw state. My life tried to prepare me for this, so.. I'm ready xx

I still think Dolly on Prettiest Girl in Country Music would be amazing. As I said in the Pre-Pre-Release, I can totally hear her voice on the song & I’m sure after so many years in the industry, she can relate to the lyrics x Check the video in the OP of this thread x

The album will be a country record with production by Jack Antonoff set for release in September 2024. What we know so far: - In a journal entry dated March 28th, 2023 posted on Instagram, Jack Antonoff wrote that "Lana refuses to leave [the studio]" - Lana Del Rey has revealed to a fan while at a Waffle House in Florence, Alabama that she is "working on a new recording" in July 2023. Later that month, she visited Muscle Shoals Sound Studio in Sheffield, Alabama where she recorded 3-4 songs. - In November 2023, Lana Del Rey hung out with Luke Laird, a country music producer/songwriter, in Nashville. They later visited again in January. - In January 2024, Lana Del Rey stated she was working on new songs with Jack Antonoff in an Instagram story post.
