Here's a picture of the actual setlist. It looks like Ultraviolence was to be considered all along. Serial Killer wasn't planned, so probably the true fan request. She also changed up the order between Ride all the way to the end. Also, I think it's so cute that they printed the cherry emoji on the setlist by Cherry.
