Don't be ridiculous. WD was undoubtedly Lana inspired, BUT the rest of the album wasn't. Taylor generally stayed very true to herself, while evolving as well. Yes, the music video for Style was directed by Kyle Newman, but you've got to keep in mind that Taylor and Jaime are best friends.

My second favourite group is definitely Orange Caramel. They're a sub-unit of After School but I actually prefer OC, they're so cute 

I just got into Orange Caramel, I love Catallena and Lipstick. Got into them after EXID (up & down, Ah yeah) which are amazing and just got big.

EXID has international appeal too which is great. 

The structure of the lyrics are like a direct continuation from UV.

Oh my god, those video snippets of Lana performing SK + YCBTB in Texas...

Of course the lyrics in the trailer are simple. They don't want it to be distracting from the actual footage in the trailer do they? I really liked it, it made me feel in the mood for this kind of movie, so it works. The ending 'so beautiful' sounds like 'and beautiful' in Young & Beautiful. That was probably what they were going for.

ultraviolence had its weaknesses but it was flawlessly produced honey that's for sure...I mean the whole blues, jazz, surf, psychedelic crossover was genius...

Plus polished production is not necessarily a good thing...

I liked the sound of the songs themselves, just not a fan of the 'cheap mic' effect.

Listening to UV was like listening to the not-yet polished version. Her voice sounded LQ with too much echo. They recorded the songs in one take so I guess that's why. They should have crafted it more.

Her botox face is worse than Lanas.

Anyways, I just want the new album to NOT have that amateur demo-ey sound that UV had. Like, keep that homemade feel to the vids please.

That's the girl with a pearl earring, famous oil painting. Looks like a pretty funny photoshop job to me, haha. I think maybe a fan sent it in to her.
