Yeah the production/mixing is definitely more unpolished than her other works in the past years. And I was holding off on complaining about the synths in 7 years but damn they are ear jarring lol. I love 7 years but I hope she puts out the stems so that can be adjusted. forever pales in comparison to the rest of the album to me, but maybe it's cos I listened to it so much

I agree with your point, artwork had always been important to me to. I am expecting good artwork because I like what has been put out and I think her artwork for this project has been good. I don't expect them to be similar to her past artworks though (hq, shiny, sharp) I have no problems with a iPhone pic as long as it's executed good

It's okay, anyone who likes the live version will probably be satisfied. The parts where it amps up slap but those ambient parts in-between are kind of a chore to listen to tbh. If you like the ambient songs on her remix album this'll be in line with that
