  1. Idk I like it now but personally it came off as really immature and turned me off from her at first

Same here - now that I've listened to the album properly I've come to like it more but it's still the weakest song on there  :teehee:

  2. Pierre was released as an instant grat track today in the UK & Ireland:

OctaHate is being pushed as the single (supposedly...  :usrs:) and the CD is the Target version

  3. V V

Heartbeat and Shark in the Water are like her only good songs and the first is just a 30 second snippet :creep:

    The Apple says hi :creep:

I still can't understand why she scrapped L&P when it was more de-vel-oped and instant than her debut

  4. Maybe the entire song will leak as snippets by September  :usrs:

Also, there's a good chance Better Love is the next single seeing as it's the only album track that has an ISRC code at the moment

English singer/songwriter/guitarist Lianne La Havas's album Blood was inspired by her Jamaican and Greek family heritage. Lyrically, the songs she wrote are almost all related to "the feeling of who you are and where you come from," she says. Musically, she took inspiration from Jamaica's love of grooves, rhythms, and syncopation. Dancehall/reggae producer Stephen McGregor joined in the making of Blood, as did a rich collection of others. Rolling Stone raves: "The album demands, and rewards, all the attention you can give it."

  6. Do you have "Breaking Up" demo?

I don't think anyone has the demo; he's probably referring to the original music video which the directors posted a preview of on Instagram

  7. V V

Seeing as her new album campaign finally seems to be starting up it's a good time to start a thread for her  :creep:

She was signed to Polydor in 2004 and released one single before being dropped; for a few years after she co-wrote songs for other artists (Pussycat Dolls' "I Don't Need A Man" and Sugababes' "Denial") before being re-signed to Island Records in 2007. Singles such as "Crying Blood" and "LEAVE!" preceded her debut album "Travelling Like the Light" in 2009, but V V didn't enjoy chart success until the release of "Shark in the Water" which reached the top 75 in the US, top 40 in the UK and top 20 in France. A second album, "Lollipops & Politics", was set for release in February 2012 but was scrapped with V V leaving Island shortly after, instead setting up her own label (YOY Records). After a hiatus, her second album proper "Samson & Delilah" was released in September 2013 including the singles "Samson" and "The Apple".

The new album "Glitch" is out September 25th - tracklist:

    1. Bells

    2. Lazarus

    3. Fractured

    4. Instincts

    5. Money Sex Power

    6. Ultraviolet

    7. Violet

    8. Space to Breathe

    9. Flatline

    10. Shift

    11. Talk About This

    12. Sacrifice

    13. Will You Wait

  8. I listened to her discography (what's available worldwide at least) yesterday and I'm annoyed that save for her last 2 singles I didn't get into her sooner  :defeated:

Does anyone have a list of her songs minus A Good Idea, One More and the demos on SoundCloud?
