I’m concerned by the lack of FYC ads. Who says?

Lana puts a lot of meaning into her titles - this one has a sense of urgency and passion. I really think this project will be heavily guitar-driven, lots of “heat.” I’m sure we won’t get it next year or by surprise, though. We know how she is.

Yeah, it’s time to ditch the dancers. They’re sweet people, but it doesn’t fit the show. Lana is at her most hypnotic, transfixing standing at the mic and cooing her songs alone. It adds to the atmosphere.

This is going to be grungey...I can just feel it.

Explain to me how Tool can get a 60 from Slant and stay at 82 without losing a single point (and with less reviews) while Lana keeps falling with 80/100 reviews.

Can’t wait for this indie rock, shoegaze-inspired masterpiece.

She sounds great harmonizing. Her vocals sounds really good. The mixing is trash, though

Lana undermines her art denying the sonic world she created combining surrealism, personal reflections, and observations of pop culture. Perhaps calling it a “persona” implies that it’s a facade, but the reaction wasn’t necessary.
