so i've listened to the album a few times and soaked it in. it definitely hits different on a car ride! here's my review: White Dress: my absolute FAVORITE song off this album. it's such a unique song. nobody could ever pull it off except lana. and her vocals are EVERYTHING. instant classic. 10/10 Chemtrails: we've already heard her a million times but we love her nonetheless. it's such a beautifully underrated song. she deserves more hype! 10/10 Tulsa Jesus Freak: omg the way this song grew on me right after my second listen. the "white hot forever" part really makes the song, in my opinion. a fucking bop!! 10/10 LMLYLAW: yes, i KNOW she's lyrically basic and sonically generic. but, hear me out, this song is much more gorgeous in context of the album. i will never stop loving the bridge!! 8/10 Wild at Heart: another song that grew on me upon listen #2. such a cutie. "you're killing me joe" is one of my favorite lyrics in WAH. 10/10 Dark But Just a Game: so, at first, i thought it was a little underwhelming during the first listen. but, tbh, i was super tired. when i listened on my drive home, i realized how much i adore this song. i really get beatles vibes during the chorus and i love it!! 10/10 NAWWAL (narwhal): she's a criminally underrated song!!! i love everything about her. justice for miss narwhal please!! 10/10 Yosemite: not gonna lie, i had low expectations for this song. but omg, she's a classique. for some reason, it reminds me of a fleetwood mac song! 10/10 Breaking Up Slowly: when i heard the live version all those months ago, i thought it was cute. and i didn't like nikki's voice. however, the recorded version is SO much better than expected. i underestimated her. 8/10 Dance Till We Die: another bop. the bridge is what truly makes this song. my jaw dropped at that part when i first heard it. lana really snapped!! 10/10 For Free: i love a good cover and this one is great! i absolutely love weyes blood and the live version back on the NFR was already amazing! i actually kinda like it as a closer! 8/10 FINAL RATING: 95%

i finally listened to the album. and i have so many thots thoughts but it's super late so i'll give my review tmrw. i cant believe we made it!!
