The song is fine, it's not mindblowing or anything, the best part is obviously the instrumentals. There's a bit of recency bias going on with the overwhelmingly positive response, and that's normal. Let's say that it's not her promotional single with the most oomph, but I wasn't expecting that to begin with. I don't think I'll listen to it ad nauseam before the album gets out, but looking forward to hearing it in that context.

If we can somehow avoid Jack Antonoff and Laura Sisk reheating the same insipid, flavourless nachos, then we might be in business.
