honeymoon had jazz, trap, orchestras, acustic guitars. I dont think it was that cohesive at all. For me, her most cohesive albums to date are NFR and BTD. Production wise, melodically, lyrically. Total consistency throughout. 

then I'd say UV and Chemtrails.

 

then LFL, HM and OB, all of which kind of push for different things. But that's what makes them a unique listening expericce and a bit more sonically diverse. 

 

 

 

Coherence does not mean you can not use different influences/ instruments whatever. Considering the sonical landscape of that record, Honeymoon is probably the most cohesive album she ever did.

Yes, the song titles are very Lana-esque, but the cover literally screams Weyes ood

It was a great show but let's be honest - her vocal delivery was very hit-and-miss. Great having West Coast back but then it was just a shortened version with 50% being backing vox. That was a major disappointment, especially remembering how magic her performances of this song used to be.

Not sure why we need HIADT, Without You and Bartender at a festival setlist when songs like HBTB, NFR or Thunder are options.

The idea is great, but realistically 50% of that record would be screams from the audience and pre-rechorded backing vox. I'm afraid the opportunity to do a good live album has passed ever since the Endless Summer tour ended.
