    RadiantMe concept was everything I ever wanted from her. It had a tribe vibe, the songs were amazing, her white dreadlocks... Just everything, it even had the story behind performances IDK why she decided not to release the EP. I guess it's because of her operation which led to the change of state of mind. Unfortunately. Hopefully she'll release songs in future, but I highly doubt it. :(

    fallen alien got cut from the tour setlist and album tracklist last minute before the magdalene shows. the original longer tracklist included the radiant songs. she also was gonna release "thousand eyes (desert version)" either as the last track or as a bonus track (not sure which) and it was like this really stripped down version of thousand eyes with wind sounds and a sitar and a very clean vocal with tons of layering. too bad it'll likely never see the light of day :rip:

    All we gotta do is find a hacker and let him do the job. I want Radiant songs and I've never heard Fallen Alien nor Thousand Eyes. What are those?

    I remember that was some buzz about it being for one of the movies that she did that are yet to come out, but I don't know if it's true.

    When do y'all think we'll get the tracklist? I haven't listened to any of the live performances, and am not familiar with song names. Except RadientMe songs, which we probably won't get (unless someone hacks her and leaks).

    Very modern baroque and dancey mixed with classical piano and stripped down at some points.

    The album is very Vanity Fair feeling, with some tribal samples and unique samples for some stuff.

    I can only think of U2 saying they had an album done but wouldn't release it after a long-ass tour. My brother is a hardcore fan and I felt sorry for him. :deadbanana: But that wait was shorter than this I think, the tour lasted six months and the album came two months after that, so the wait lasted for (at least) 8 months. That's quite a lot actually...

    Edit: Ok, Wikipedia says the album was pretty much done in late 2016 and the album was released in December 2017. I guess the same thing is happening to us tbh. :toofunny:

    It's because you actually didn't feel sorry for your brother, but were laughing on the inside and now karma is punishing us all. jk, you're too nice for that.

    someone on here (i think @Arcadia?) did an NFR sampler of all the teasers we have and the album actually sounds.... really good and cohesive. before that i was kind of scared but hearing them all together sounds great. i’m not saying it’ll be her best album or anything but i’m hoping it’ll be at least 3rd best now, whereas before i was kind of scared it would be a complete flop. :eek:

    Do you have a link? I'd like to hear it, too. Wasn't around here lately so I've missed a lot probably.

    I'm really scared (?) if the songs are just piano + her voice. Yeah, I love OM, ITH, Change, etc. but I don't want the whole album to be like that.

     

     

    Two piano songs, couple with piano intro + build up, 2-3 with acoustic guitars (MAC) mainly, 3 VB/WC/SOC style and 2 more pop-ish sound (like Cinnamon).

    Maybe it sounds like a messy record, but it would be a roller-coaster IMO: starts with piano songs, then piano + build up, then with acoustic guitars and probably a bit of a build up which would lead into more aggressive sound (VB/WC/SOC), then finally it slows down and the Sea is calm with two Cinnamon-like songs. 20 seconds at the end of the last song should have a static sound and then she reads the first one/two line(s) from her poetry book with the soft background music, like an introduction to the book.

    I need RM songs. If she doesn't put them on the album, someone better leak them.

    Other than that, I'm not gonna listen to live performances of the new songs, I want to experience them in full and in good quality.

    I love the song so much. I just wanna lay down, turn off the lights, light the scent stick, cry a bit and that's that on that. It's so beautiful.

     

    That said, I still hope she'll release songs she performed a while back.
