honestly i wouldnt mind if she went 2 years without an album/new music announcement like she did between honeymoon and lfl. but the fact that she released 2 singles, announced the album(!), and kept teasing snippets - made a lot of hype, and instead of keeping the hype going she let it die by not mentioning the album again for nearly a year later. theres a difference between not releasing music and not having an ongoing era, to starting an era + releasing singles + announcing an album and after that - not releasing and saying anything for long months later.

honestly that one sentence couldve changed the vibe of this whole era if she were to say it. but no, all she could think of is selfies and snippets!

i feel like most people (or at least me) are actually frustrated about the lack of communication between her and the fans during the almost year between the release of the lead singles to the album announcement. she couldve just said she is facing some technical issues or whatever about the release of the album and not leave us all hanging with her posting her random car snippets and selfies instead - and that she definitely could control.

i agree, everyone here is just overreacting. the damage in sales the leak could possibly do is so minimal and irrelevant
