That Summertime Sadness endless b-roll footage of smoke and then the snippets being stitched together for fake leaks
The West Coast B-roll footage serving more drama than the music video itself
the GORGEOUS footage from the original Ultraviolence video + Honeymoon BTS and listening to Freak for the first time.
and of course the most iconic of them all aka L-st For Life which didn't have any song playing but was crypt af. Ugh. Iconic. Just iconic.
She's a VISUALIST when she's in the mood for it.
exactly !!
At this point even some clips from her album photoshoot of her being mysterious in her bedroom would be perfect for an album trailer

5 minutes ago, the ocean said:ok but let’s be real - MOST women in music are usually making very thought provoking music in their mid 30’s onward - whether you’re a huge pop star or the most obscure indie artist, the ones who usually falter are the sad exception and not the rule - and even if it IS boring… is that even a bad thing?
I was mainly talking about the general view of women in their 30's onward by society .
I think that most artists adopt a more mature musical style when they grow older both male and female i think it's inevitable in a way , so I agree on that part with you.

the thing that is more worrisome to me is not the critique on an unheard song but the comment about middle aged women being instantly boring
even the new single touches upon issues of age in a way

The song that sounded a bit similar to video games was from Helen Vitali she is really well known and respected in Greece.
This German song sounds identical to MAC though

That's so random
Also justice for the part where she says about the paramount sign sparkling just for her
