I actually like the remix but Robyn does indeed sound off. Idk, Charli and Yung Lean sound very sleazy, disinterested, low effort,which is the vibe of the song. It's about how she's better than you, but it's not an argument, it's obvious. Robyn sounds too involved, like she does care what we think. I would have liked a different production style, but it kind of sells the vibe better that they are reusing the instrumental.

What I think we're missing here is the context. I haven't found the initials inside the lyrics of bounce, nor does this answer who Thomas is in "If your name is Thomas, bounce" But apparently it might be Diplo or possibly QT?

I know we're supposed to be hyped for brat (and I am) but that aside, something has been bugging me for quite a while. Who the fuck is Thomas that Charli shouts out during Bounce? Also why does she only shout out Kyary on the version where she's not on, at least from the versions I could find on YT?

I'm really happy for you all, but like, can we Europeans just get like a tour anouncement? I'm not flying to Spain during my exams, I won't get a pasport either to enter the UK, just please give us some dates.

I didn't want to say anything before, because it would have been needless negativity, but I hadn't really connected to the singles until now. I still like von dutch, b2b and club classics, but with some songs I really connect, and I didn't with either of those 3. So glad 360 connected immediately, honestly did the same when it leaked, so I just hope the same will happen for a lot of the album tracks...

Also I don't care if it made sense or not, the second line should have been "I'm your favorite, Charli baby." I fear the tags might finally dissapear for real.

It's not real, I'm sure. The choppy vocals mainly in the beginning and the sound that is so un-crash-like. I like the beat, no idea if its fanmade or AI but it's clear they couldn't make the vocals work. The song also makes less sense as a dance banger than the ballad we got. I get that the banger version could make sense as a reference to emotional, but I still don't see it as likely. It's not like crash was bursting with references...

You're all wrong the song isn't about either of them, it's just about the anxiety, her own feelings. Since the girl$ aren't the subject of the song she can sing about multiple of them. Some lyrics refer to Marina, some about Lorde, the hell maybe she can't get Dua on a collab or something like that and she's also a part of the song, who knows.

I hope you weren't warned before, we lost an angel to this just last month I think. Don't play with fire, delete it before they see it

This is why I don't plan to revisit that song until release, the fact that it could be even worse than I remember is a possibility that I'm not ready to deal with. 

Also the fact that AG, EASYFUN, and one of the guys of the invissible men worked on that track inspires both hope and dread in me. Like these are some of the best producers she's worked with and most of their tracks sound good at the very least, but girl, I fear that the material isn't even there to make the song half decent... Hope they prove me wrong

No it leaked months ago, before we even knew the name of the album or of Von dutch's existence. If she had posted it then, we wouldn't have had the AI conversation about it. I can believe she posted it more recently, but we've had a version of it for a while.

The song leaked a while ago, it isn't about SOPHIE, God I wish it was. I and others even refused to believe it wasn't an AI generated troll song to get us riled up.

I kind of hope she does away with the setlist, so many faves are left out each time. She should make a list of let's say 10-20 songs that are beloved from all kinds of albums, mixtapes even Paradise, Secret or stand alone singles, maybe even WTMI or XCXoplex. Then every tour (or preferably every couple tour legs) she preforms Vroom Vroom and some of these fan faves.

I'd love to hear Roll With Me for example, especially with the love AG gave the mixtape with his remixes during the last year of PC Music and Britpop being basically a remix of Lipgloss, I don't think it's likely though.

Does this mean that the mods will warn/ban anyone posting or asking about a leak from this era since it could be on one of these unrealised demos? If so, this is going to become a bloodbath...

Kind of want an Euphoric Reduce Me To Nothingness style remix of Club classics with that track that's hidden inside, am I alone in that?

I hope we'll get more remixes in the style of Von dutch, a new feature together with a producer that didn't work on that song but will keep her general sound (PC Music adjacent people and people that can make similar sounds, just no more Alan Walker remix of ATAP).

Would be nice if multiple, but not all of the remixes also included input from Charli through new lyrics or something.

Thinking back to "So I" I think she kind of missed some opportunities there. Everything is referencing "It's Okay To Cry", which to say it bluntly is kind of the obvious choice and not very representative of SOPHIE's work, it's a pop song with an outro that screams SOPHIE, not a quintessential SOPHIE song. Not to say she shouldn't have used it but what about making a reference to "JUST LIKE WE NEVER SAID GOODBYE", "Paradise", "Immaterial" or even the bridge in "Faceshopping"? Those would all work and show a deeper connection, similarly sampling the production of a different song could have added another layer.

I'm not calling the song bad or cheap, I just feel like it could have been a better tribute, still I'm glad we're getting it.

Don't worry, I can keep the spring breaker delusions going. It's not on the album, it is a bonus track on the as of yet unconfirmed remix album with an amazing feature.

Though I'm pretty sure it will be played on tour regardless, at worst it's a party 4 u kind of deal.
