Don't know if I should be proud of Lana or annoyed at her for promoting the album on social media so much.
I know you are not being too serious about the annoyed part, but no one should really be annoyed. It is her work, she is proud of it and has every right to try to communicate to as much people as possible, just like we do when we are excited and want to communicate our achievements to our friends, family, etc.
Also (again, not really directed at you), I've seen so many people people surprised or dissapointed because Lana "cares" about her sales. Like... do you think it would be normal to just drop a body of work that you put a lot of effort on it for the people to discover it or not by themselves instead of trying to communicate it and make a profit of it? It's her job lol.

I can't find the link for the US signed stuff, only for the UK. Could anyone please link me? Thanks!

Well, midweeks in the UK were released today and she is projected to debut at #2. It wouldn't be ilogical to think that she is doing this promotion in order to boost her sales there and try to compete for the number 1 spot.
This is similar to what Gaga did in the U.S. when she released Cheek to Cheek. If I remeber correctly, she was very close to Barbra Streisand's album and her team decided to sell signed copies in order to boost the sales.

I'm LIVING for how we were trashing Tomorrow Never Came (due to its feature) and Get Free (due to its "stupid title") before the album's release, but now we're dying over them lmao.
And they turned out to be the best tracks as well don't @ me

I get the meltdowns but at the same time I don't.
Like, if this was any other artist I would understand why y'all are that mad and desperate, but this is Lana we're talking about. All of the eras (since the anticipation for Tropico until now) have been *boring* because nothing seems to happen since she does not follow the promotional scheme of a regular pop star, this is nothing new.
However, unlike the last two album cycles, this time she is serving high quality videos and she seems to be getting a big budget for them. The two videos that she has released already shit on everything from Honeymoon and most of the UV videos as well. Lets just appreciate what we have so far, because I bet that after the UV video and the recycled videos from Honeymoon no one would have expected to get a video as beautiful as Love.

She was going to with Mark Ronson at one point I think, but that fell through before It even began.
I would love a collab with Father John Misty though. His voice would match hers perfectly.
Yes, I remember, he hyped us and then he apologized when it was confirmed that his work didn't make the cut
Something that I have always loved about Lana is how she is excels in the creation of beautiful and catchy melodies, but if one artist is better than her on that aspect, it is FJM. I can already imagine how beautiful the tone and melody of the song would be if they ever work together
-
I wish the extra collabs turned out to be with Father John Misty and Mark Ronson (since they are close to her musician circle), but in seems likely that it will be Mehrina and Borns
I'm not too negative about it though, despite the fact that I don't like either of them, she has never collabed before on her own projects, so I hope that this means that she is more willing to make different things with her albums (hopefully getting rid of Kieron/Rick Nowels and working with more producers is the next step on her career path).
-
Same, it doesn't really sound new, IMO. I might change my mind once I hear the studio version, though.
I hope the studio version is better. Not too excited about Kieron's contribution though
-
I don't get the hype for Cherry... we have several Lana songs that sound very similar and those songs don't have those cheap ass Kieron beats and such bland lyrics.
I personally think that Love is the best one we have heard so far from the album.

Fight me I'm just getting into her and Freakshow and Future Love are the only unreleased I have cause I'm still trying to process BTW
You must listen to "No Way". Her best unreleased song imo.
Second Time Around is cute as well + Brooklyn Nights.
If you are into more uptempo songs, then I would recommend Reloaded.
Edit: Earthquake is very good as well how could I for get it

If Lana were to make a sequel album which one would you pick?

Ultraviolence definitely.
Or maybe Lust For Life if she serves a full album of 2nd half realness.
