I think the first one is correct; she said Mike Wise was a producer from that tweet a while back and she said she wrote UTKM at Stargate’s studios (they weren’t actually involved in the song tho). I think Yuck might be one of the pitch songs, presumably done by Bülow (Megan Buelow) who is a small artist here in Canada, because the lyrics of Yuck sound a lot like a song of her’s called ‘This Is Not A Love Song’ (iirc)

Oh I would absolutely die if she included Taxi. I was actually just thinking the other day how great it would be if an XCX World track was used for the deluxe because there are some obvious big pop moments from those sessions. Literally feel the exact same way I can’t explain it fully but I knew she was gonna make an album just like this when I heard Charli. She seemed particularly passionate about the poppier side of that record (1999/Blame It On Your Love/White Mercedes) and I always hoped/knew she would give us a full-length version of that.

I wonder if, when she said she only did one song with Sophie for the Charli album, she was maybe referring to one of the 5 songs that were scrapped from the final tracklist? Btw, I still have no idea which era Time & Envy and the Idea 3 scratch belong to? I’ve seen both titles placed under XCX World and/or Charli sessions so which is which? And do we think Lightning is a Pop 2 outtake since it’s apparently from December 2017? She was working on Pop 2 up until the last minute so I think it’s highly possible. The main reason I’m asking is because Charli said she only did one song with Sophie for ‘Charli’, so I don’t believe all 3 songs can be from the Charli sessions like it’s been said in some places… unless she isn’t counting the stuff she did immediately after Pop 2 (but idk why she wouldn’t since White Mercedes is from that time, for example). I think it’s like this: Lightning = Pop 2 Idea 3 = XCX World Time & Envy = Charli But I’d like some input plz!

Just a friendly reminder that both leaked versions of Bel Air are from 2015 and Sophie has nothing to do with any version of the song. The two leaked versions are produced by Jarrad Rogers, Patrik Berger and John Hill. The original Sucker demo of Bel Air produced solely by Jarrad has yet to leak.

Do you know the confirmed titles? If I listed them, would you confirm? Because she posted another draft in late 2020 with 9 titles and one of them was confirmed scrapped so I’m guessing it’s just the other 8 titles then… but that was already a year and a half ago so idk for sure!
