When was Lana first linked to Donoghue? I stopped keeping track of her boyfriends/situatioships when mike hermosa, Jack and Evan entered the scene together…

since february 2022. she broke up with mike around december 2021/january 2022

Do you guys think she will get award nominations for Ocean Blvd and Say Yes To Heaven?

She got top 10 Uk here for a hit so she might get a plaque if it goes gold etc

Can’t believe say yes to heaven is her biggest solo hit here in years :lmao:

Ok but what happened to this? It’s been 5 months and I still think it’s barbie since it’s something musical but not a collab :wowcry:

I know what he's talking about here. No relation to the Barbie soundtrack, it's actually an unreleased Dua track that samples a Lana song.

Really? Is it an obvious sample (like Peppers) and what song is it?

I'm listening to Born To Die and I'm just emotional rn. I think it's UV turning 9 doing me in right now. I just can't believe it's been THAT long. I literally grew up listening to her music and still use it daily. Thinking about at these albums and eras, and listening to the music itself, makes me feel so fucking nostalgic and it's so overwhelming tbh. Personally and as a fan.

She's had such an amazing career and released some of the greatest pieces of music in our generation. She really did the thing and I'm so proud of her. She has such strength and resilience it's unbelievable not to mention her immense talent. It's just in her DNA and it's been so so so beautiful to witness her grow and change through the years. I really hope I can thank her in person one day for that impact she's had on me through music.

I just think she should collaborate less at this point unless it's with Shirley Manson, Florence Welch or Courtney Love

Which Lana song/s do you think sound the most like Weyes Blood?

My friend loves Weyes Blood and I'm trying desperately to get her into Lana and she WILL comply but I need assistance :agree:

all songs referencing Joni Mitchell, which can be found on NFR, Chemtrails and BB (e.g. title track)
