That's why the LfL pressings have always confused me. 

The opaque coke bottle was available on her European store and the clear one on the US store. UO ad a special version which was clear but more green like the european version. I don't know how this repress is going to look like

No this should be the US store exclusive. The UO one was green

The vinyl was something they added on Tuesday. I don't know what happened to the two items from her birthday, it's possible that it's still in their inventory or they removed it again

there is an unofficial blue paradise vinyl that's surprisingly good quality (imo even better than the official paradise vinyl) but i'm still hoping for a white or gold variant eventually. actually a 3lp born to die: the paradise edition boxset with red white n blue vinyls would be iconic. i hope she does that eventually.
