jealous girl Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 Blue Skies is still not available on my iPhone’s Spotify app (latest app version) but I could play it on the desktop app ?♀️ Scratch that I somehow got it to play by going to my history and now it shows up 3 Quote
mssainttropez Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 This is such a serve. Blue Skies is sooo ethereal and fun and it will be on repeat for the next few days. Lana on soundtracks always delivers 9 Quote ⊹˚⋆ ???????? ??????? ‧₊°

NikoGo Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 Some of the vocals are really reminiscent of Summertime the Gershwin version. I wish she’d fully explore this sound/vocal style. She nails it perfectly! still don’t overly love the super long outro, but it’s whatever 10 Quote "Don’t forget me"
china doll Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 does anyone know if this soundtrack will get a cd or vinyl release? i love lana's song and florence's is fabulous too. i'm assuming all the rest of the songs are standards too? 2 Quote

bluechemtrails Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 Lana has added the song to her 'Lana Del Rey Complete' playlist on Spotify, but relatively far back between SOTB and Text Book, as if the song was written earlier 2 Quote
shadesofblue Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 The way she promoted her brothers’ song right when it came out, but not a peep about this one Do we think she’ll promote or say anything about it being out lol 15 Quote ♡︎

Vertimus Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 The more I listen to it, the more I love it. It’s very creative. I’d like to see her do a lot more in this vein. 11 Quote

I feel artifice is one of Lana's fortes, so I hope she responded well to the results and might want to move in that direction after Lasso. It's time for a proper LDR jazz or jazz-like record; the genre is vast. An album of uptempo standards in this witty Blue Skies style would be welcomed. 5 Quote

Olympia Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 I hope some genius will create an extended version of it and upload to YouTube. Feels almost like that 2nd amazing Jazz/Foxtrott version from the young and beautiful Gatsby soundtrack, which was way too short, too. 2 Quote It was expensive watch it
