Deadly Nightshade Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 they want the conversation around the healthcare status quo to stop , so they are doing everything in their power to stop it 4 Quote ??? ??????????? ??? ??????? ???? ???? ???????? ???? ??? ????????? ???? ?????? ??? ???? ?????? ????? ??? ????
Velours Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 Aside from all the thirst memes and the on-going conversations around his actions, all I can think of is of how he must feel right now with the whole media circus going around him and the system basically wanting to make him an example to anybody who tries to follow his lead. I'm 26 too, I've had health issues that do affect my life, however in a different way than those conditions he suffers from (and in a country with accesible + public healthcare), and to think he's had to be in prison with his chronic back pain, trying to process his own actions and the consequences of them. Idk, I can't imagine what's going through his head, but everytime he's being shown off I can't help but think of who he was before all of this: a young adult that basically had it all, trying to navigate his physical and mental pain within a hostile system, snapping one day and suddenly the whole life he had ahead of him put to a halt, now in the uncertainty of what will they do to him. This case has sort of tugged at my heartstrings, unexpectedly. This end of year truly has been just... smack after smack. 2 Quote Those summer nights seem long ago And so is the girl you used to call The queen of New York City

Usually the public has a negative perception of killers but this is one of the first times (at least in recent times I can recall in the US but I’m sure it’s happened in the past) the public sees the suspect as more favorable than the victim. Usually police guard so people don’t take him out, but now it’s the opposite. Seems like they’re scared someone will try to free him Also it’s crazy how many charges he's getting for someone who killed 1 person. Even though he can’t get the death penalty in NY, all the federal charges along with Trump on the way doesn’t look good for him. I don’t really understand how they’re charging him with stalking either. In order for it to be stalking ( in legal terms ), the CEO would’ve known before he was actively being stalked. At least from what’s been made public, it doesn’t sound like that’s the case, so we shall see. 4 Quote ♡︎

He went off the grid for like 6 months. honestly interested to see how this plays out. The fact that he comes from money really makes this interesting. 0 Quote ~INSTA~

Candy Necklace Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Luigi Mangione STUNS in new photos at court appearance 6 Quote
X8vinylScratchX Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Luigi is a Gdamn hero ?? Anyone saying “what about the victims family” is missing the point. No one knows Brian Thompson before or even after the shooting. It’s not about “Brian Thompson” it’s about “United Healthcare CEO”. Healthcare in the US is objectively bad and evil. Everyone knows this, but no one can ever do anything about it because the powers that be are being ran by the people profiting from this system. Even if Bernie Sanders won in 2016 or 2020, all his free healthcare stuff would have been veto’d into oblivion, and no other mainstream politician in the dem party is even near him so there is literally nothing anyone can so about this. So when the little guy steps up to the bad man and give a big symbolic f-you to their corporation by shooting their ring leader, obviously that isn’t going to do anything substantial against the system. It MAY make United Healthcare change some shit ass policies based on public backlash but even that’s unlikely. His ex-wife will cry all the way to the bank ? and then re-marry a second time someone better than a dystopian fucking healthcare ceo. Marry once for money marry twice for love. Hopefully the kids have a nice loving step father ? 2 Quote

I've fucked men who are way better looking, i'm not saying he's ugly but his looks are insanely overrated it's very strange why people are thirsting over this guy at this kind of level when he looks like someone you'd pass by at the mall 1 Quote
