I kinda expected the Offering demo to be closer to the final version with just different lyrics but... it's different. Now we'll get the Downtown bridge Lyrics I guess.

oh boy a new leak, honestly i've been wondering where the leaks for her were considering how much some people were saying they had.  hopefully this signals the beginning of a new leak era

Downtown is obv better, but I kind of like the little synth section on Offering pre-chorus. Also prefer Don't it feel like vs make it feel like. I think the hard pronunciation is more subtly aggressive, which suits the mood of the song in my opinion.
