I know it's unpopular but I'm actually more excited for the new material than any leaks making the record. Although I am in complete SHAMBLES over Leeches being finished. ONE OF HER BEST!!! I'm sad about Fingers, Needle, & Magnets, but I feel like all the leaks will somehow have found their way to be a part of this record somehow. I'm also gonna say Moon Cycle sucks, but so does Sirens. ButterflyBones Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 God damn y'all, I can't even keep up with the thread right now. Anyway, I'm in the middle now after hearing DEATH. It's not my favorite, the lyrics get repetitive and I feel like she could've done better with the beat but it's decent. I'm sure the video will be great though and bring it full circle. That being said, I'm softly disappointed in that tracklist. There were so many perfect ideas in the leaked sessions that I'm wondering if she was forced to get rid of it all, because some of what was put in their place just doesn't make sense. I'll be especially disappointed in the final album if there's no ambient sounds(birds, water, etc), which is what it seems like judging by this single. I want to hear PORTALS 1.0, Hawaii Version so badly but I guess this is fine, too. Patiently waiting for the visuals to come and blow my wig off. 5 Quote
