I feel like she definitely will, Shakira is like an international hitmaker. Lana is not popular in the same way. What might help is that Lana fans buy like 4 copies.

If it's not on the album it leads me to believe she truly enjoys the production of it, if she didn't she wouldn't have released it at all. I believe she reads these threads and sees us beginning for Life is Beautiful, and she drops this song (WHICH I LOVE BTW), which literally no one asked for. All to punish us for leaking literally everything along the way.
