    Lana has the potential to be MUCH bigger.

     

    Shes limiting herself purposely that's why people are complaining.

     

    It's frustrating seeing talent and potential being wasted.

     

     

    I see what you mean but is her talent being wasted if she has such a dedicated fanbase? Like we all know what an amazing artist she is, and I feel like if she was much bigger idk if she would like it? 

     

    Most of my friends write her off as depressing instantly and I feel like if she was as big as she was in the BTD era she may get a lot of hate again?

     

    It would be amazing though to see her appreciated more, she is massively underestimated :(  (Edit: or at least just not getting so much hate)

    She's only redone Yayo on Paradise which she stated before she'd want to redo (along with other AKA tracks) and the song was released at one point on her 1st album... So I don't see why people still think she put old unreleased songs on her new albums??

     

     

     

    I know its unlikely but since we are going through a drought of information I thought this would be fun and I was just interested to hear what everyone else thinks.

     

    I would also rather just have new material but I love imagining what remakes and covers would be like.

     

    (Also Black Beauty might be considered a remake? Plus some early demos from BTD such as Lolita, DMD, OTTR which were remade)

    Hi Guys!  :D

     

    With the exception of HM, Lana has rerecorded an unreleased song for new albums and has performed covers on all albums except BTD. 

     

    If you could pick one unreleased song and cover to go on LDR5, which would it be and why?

     

     

    I would LOVE a remake of Wayamaya and a cover of Why Don't You Do Right?

     

    Both songs make me feel so relaxed and bring back such good memories  :flutter:

    I'm kind of confused. When love leaked, Lana released it. But when B A R leaked so..what happening with that?

     

    BAR doesn't seem to have spread as quickly as Love so maybe thats why? idk I felt like with Love, everyone knew about it but with BAR not as many? Like there were MAJOR meltdowns when Love leaked but not so much for BAR.

     

    Tbh I'm happy that she's not releasing it because it leaked. If she did, that would just encourage leakers to leak more of her songs as they would think she will just rush release it so I am glad she stood her ground, go LANA  :yesnod:
