Oktober 2011, I watched & heard 'Video Games' for the first time on VIVA. Then she was on the news, everybody was talking about her. Her single 'VG' came out on CD including 'Blue Jeans' as a b side track which I also loved instantly. I bought the album on its German release date at the end of January 2012. And yes, I do think I'll be a fan forever, she's my female Chris Isaak or as you called it 'timeless classics'.

I still can remember what Saturn-Alexanderplace here in Berlin did: A huge CD stand for her album only and they printed huge posters out - they placed all that in front of the CD department that EVERYBODY was finally forced to see (& buy) it. It was such a big deal, and they just played her album the entire day. The release was pretty emotional and I wish I would have taken a pic of that. I haven't seen such a CD release hype before and I worked 3 years for Media Markt. CRAZY!!!

I simply don't believe she would add so many tour dates if there wasn't a new album. But actually, if she's on stage, in front of us, we all anyway don't mind anymore which songs she performs ... we're too busy with being happy she's there again.

To be honest? I don't expect anything else but getting songs from 'Ultraviolence' on her upcoming spring / summer tour especially here in Europe. Touring with an old setlist from 2013 would be pretty poor ... somehow I did believe her when she was telling the album will come out in May, and I can't stand it anymore that so many here doubt about her & the things she's said.
