I want LDR4/5 to sound exactly like "Lana (Del Rey)" by Buffalo Rodeo. It's still dark sounding, a little surf rock, and almost a modern version of 'The Doors' band. It'd be great. And it's still kind of in that "Love" direction.

To ge writing about personal love stories for like 15 years to then switch to writing about fans, will she go back? Idk. I just feel like it'll be a longer gap in between albums for a while.

That basically confirms it's not another love story of hers, but more about life and us. Just a statement of life and how everyone sometimes feels like they're not enough, but it's enough to feel young and be in love with life and just in general. Perfect representation of me and how I'm feeling. I love this.

Makes me wonder though if this is her last album. At least for a long time… Being the lead single is out now, they'll probably be a few more promo/following singles in the next several weeks. I'd say an album feels two months away. So sometime in May.

How could Lana have said last year that the music she'd been working on was kind of in the same aethetic of Honeymoon. I guess the same stance. It's in a totally different direction though from her last 4/5 records. It's less about her, and more for/to her fans. And being that said, it's not dark, but more comforting and uplifting. It's really beautiful. I think this will be my fave album. xx So excited, I love it.
