Hmm interesting bc I just checked my Target pre-order for the vinyl and it still says estimated arrival from 11/1-11/4. If it changes to 11/12, I think I’m going to cancel my order when I go to the store on Friday for my CD and just get both in the store.

I just want them to add the Surf Shop postcards and I will finally be happyyy

Lol I just got so excited for nothing! I refreshed UO website and saw Lana’s products go from 10 to 11, thinking they added it but nope they just put NFR exclusive back up. Good for those of you who missed it!

So I emailed the UK Universal Store yesterday after not being able to ship to US. I asked them if eventually we’ll be able to place orders to the US and they just wrote me back and said “You have contacted the UK Store and some items through our Store are only available to UK customers I am afraid.” Looks like people from the US are just going to have to order from shoplanadelrey and spend more money because we won’t be able to purchase bundles. Unless eventually they’ll have the bundles… but I doubt it at this point. I just don’t understand because I’ve ordered from the UK Store multiple times in the past.

I caved and I just bought everything individually from the US store since it won't let me order from the Universal Store. If it just so happens that eventually we'll be able to place orders from there, I'm going to scream because the bundles would have saved me around $40. I'm super happy I got everything but still annoyed I had to do it that way. Ah oh well, now time to wait for Target and UO!

Can confirm this… I just got my order it sucks because I ordered the Just Wild and LMLYLAW chapsticks & I got an extra LMLYLAW one as the free gift… now why couldn’t they send me any of the other chapsticks that I didn’t order

Ugh, I’m sorry you’re experiencing this too! It’s so annoying. Maybe I should email them now considering it’s almost been a month... My order was small, just the Lana Speaks glass and an air freshener. I really wonder what’s going on. I feel like no matter which site I order from there’s always a tiny problem. Just the other day I received my Forgotten Vibes Box and the heart shape selenite came broken. It took them a couple days to answer my email about it but they did say they would send me a new box which is nice but come onnnnn with all this nonsense of merch taking forever to come/arriving broken/etc.

My second order tracking information has said “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” since May 13th... Anyone else have this problem?

Would ya look at that, everything got delivered today! The candle smells sooo good, I wish I knew the exact scent of it. I’m really happy with everything overall! I also ordered the Lana Speaks glass and an air freshener yesterday. She’s making me go brokeeeee kinda scared to see what else I’m going to end up buying lol

I ordered all five postcard sets, a mug and a candle on March 19th and I finally got an email saying it shipped! Yayyyy! Now let’s see how long it takes to arrive lol
