So...she said that the album will be a spiritual themed.
That could be 2 things:
1)She's a catholic, so could be about her relationship with god, in connection with her drug use and other frisky things she had done
2)She also studied metaphysics so she could incorporate her knowledge about the subject into her lyrics and create something really unique.
And of course, it will have dark undertones, she likes that so much.
This screams an epic work of art already

I like all of them a lot, her voice is so calm I love it.
I wish she had more Tv interviews. She should be on the Letterman show!
I liked the one in which she was asked about her unreleased songs.

Fantastic! I just KNEW she wouldn't leave music!
And it makes sense that she is already working on new stuff. We all know how creative she is. And when you are not off touring all the time, and you love being in the studio (as she said, she likes taking care of the songs) new material just comes.
Lovely!
Although tbh, I'm not nearly tired of BTD, and Paradise is still so fresh. Still, I love knowing that there is new stuff in the works.

Now that is just horrifying
But if things go like that, maybe we'll get a whole book about her relationship with Barry (or better, K) full of intimate little details!

Thank you for this really cool thread!
I absolutely enjoyed reading it. I also love the parallels you found between Lana and Elvis (Priscilla and Marilyn as well). Sometimes she really appears like a patchwork with pieces of a lot of different people who seemed to fit her electric-dope-noir world.
Anyway something that flashed into my mind while reading this was so-called Club 27 (famous musicians that died at the age of 27). Jim Morrison as well died at the age of 27 during a kind of holiday.
“I'm living like Jim Morrison, heading towards a fucked up holiday”
So does it mean that Lana is heading towards death? Well, I’m really confused about her age but isn’t she 27?
Just to clarify, I don't think that she wants to die. Let’s just hope that what I’m talking about won’t ever be a similarity between Lana and Jim. But maybe she wants to tell us that if she would have gone ahead like she lived in the past (maybe her addiction days) she would have lived like Morrison and died at the same age. But Idk…
I know that's not a real similarity, it's more an interpretation but I just wanted to say anything.
I thought of that too. But then, she wrote: "Will you still love me"
Plus, she talked about getting old in one of her early interviews, how she hopes to stay young in spirit always, and keep an open mind.
So luckily no.

"Don't Cry about it, it's all gonna happen"
Most of the lyrics from TIWMUG though, that song is so easy to relate to

She said she doesn't care about her appearance much. She just has people coming with her who always fix her up.
So, maybe they are on vacation until March when she is becoming relevant again or something.
But I thought she looked beautiful at the Brits.

I'll write a song with photons in it, just for the fun of it.

OMG it's on my Birthday!
I liked her little talk she did when she was presenting an award the at VMA's, so this will be good too!

I think it would do even better than Ride tbh...the controversy alone will make people talk about it.
Whaa....how is American controversial.
